If your child is starting Pre-K , needs a sports physical or camp forms for the summer break BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT NOW. Also please bring any forms the school may require for sports participation. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR CHILD IN AT THE LAST MINUTE.
